Senior Field Application Specialist - LBS Malaysia

Radiometer is seeking a Senior Field Application Specialist for Leica Biosystems in Malaysia.

The Senior Application Specialist is responsible for providing in-field technical applications support for the Malaysia market. This position is part of the customer support / field applications team located in Malaysia and will be fully remote.

Responsibilities

• Support pre and post sales process to assist sales and marketing team in achieving their sales / marketing targets.
• Work closely with local and distributor service team to provide excellent on-product and application troubleshooting to customers.
• Communicate with respective business units to update on new products and technologies.
• Assist the sales department with the theory and technical characteristics of the products and liaise with the manufacturer's application department on the use of the products.
• Oversee the technical support clinical discussion of Leica Biosystems consumable for IVD & RUO products.
