About the Role

Location: REV Media Group (English Network) Employment Type: [Full-time/Contract]

We are looking for a Video Producer to join our team and bring stories to life through engaging and impactful video content. You will oversee the entire production process from ideation to execution ensuring that each project is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest creative standards.

Requirements

• 1-3 years experience as video producer / content creator.
• Strong understanding of video production workflows, from pre- to post-production.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Basic editing skills (Capcut, Adobe Premiere, etc)
• Ability to manage budgets and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Strong creative vision with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong command of written and spoken English

Bonus Points if You Have:

• Photography skills
• Speaking any other language

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end video production process (pre-production, production, and post-production).
• Work closely with the team leads and content teams to develop video concepts that align with brand goals.
• Write scripts, storyboards, and shot lists when required.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resources for multiple projects simultaneously.
• Coordinate and direct shoots, including talent, crew, and equipment.
• Oversee editing to ensure high-quality final output.
• Maintain consistent brand voice, visual style, and storytelling across all video formats.
• Stay updated with video trends, tools, and best practices to push creative boundaries.
