As an Event Sales Manager - Weddings & Social, you will be responsible for generating revenue by selling and coordinating weddings and social events. This role involves building client relationships, creating customized event experiences and ensuring seamless execution in collaboration with internal departments. The manager will drive sales through proactive outreach, exceptional customer service and a deep understanding of client needs.
Responsibilities
Solicit, negotiate and secure wedding and social event bookings to achieve revenue targets; build and maintain relationships with clients, wedding planners and vendors; conduct site visits, presentations and menu tastings to showcase the hotel's offerings; customize event proposals, contracts and pricing based on client needs; work closely with banquet, catering and operations teams to ensure flawless event execution; manage event logistics, timelines and post-event follow-up for client satisfaction; attend networking events, bridal shows and social industry functions to generate leads.
