Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, conduct background checks, and ensure timely onboarding to fill vacancies efficiently.
- Execute procedures for new hire orientation, probation confirmation, role transfers, and offboarding in compliance with labor regulations.
- Organize new-employee training sessions and assist departments in designing training plans and specialized programs.
- Track training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics.
- Implement employee care initiatives and manage day-to-day employee relations to foster a positive workplace.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree, with 5+ years in HR / Administration roles specializing in recruitment and employee relations.Proficiency in recruitment interviewing methodologies.Knowledge of local labor policies and basic labor risk mitigation.Strong interpersonal understanding, cross-department coordination, and resilience under pressure.Proactive learning mindset and openness to adopt HR tech innovations.Fluent in Chinese and English.#J-18808-Ljbffr
