Responsibilities

  • Maintain and organize company documents
  • Assist with general office tasks
  • Prepare DO & invoices
  • Assist in accounting tasks, such as filing, data entry, and answering phones
  • Assist with day-to-day administrative duties
  • Assist in accounting tasks with accounting / inventory software

Qualifications

  • 2 years working experience in the related field is required.
  • Committed with good team spirit.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Skilled in document management
