Penerangan pekerjaanMonitor actual costs against budget throughout the project Adjust procurement and construction strategies in a timely manner to control expenses. Participate in negotiations and execution of main and subcontract agreements, defining scope of work, payment terms, and risk responsibilities to ensure contractual compliance. Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment, obtain SIRIM / ST certification documents Manage delivery schedules, payment terms, and logistics to support construction progress. Identify site variations and additional works, prepare quotations Submit variation orders (VOs), compile supporting documents and site instructions to ensure extra costs are claimable. Prepare monthly progress claims and, upon project completion, submit final accounts and retention claims while coordinating with the client and QS for reconciliation.

- Responsible for analyzing drawings, specifications, and BOQs
- Prepare detailed quotations for M&E systems based on the Malaysian market rates, covering labor, materials, equipment, and subcontracting costs.
