Are you passionate about automation, sales, and building long-term customer relationships? We are looking for an experienced and motivated Technical Sales Manager to join our dynamic team and lead commercial growth across South East Asia.
Job Objective
You will be accountable for sales and marketing activities within South East Asia region. Primary responsibilities will include conducting sales, managing service activities and a distribution network within the assigned region to meet or exceed overall bookings and customer satisfaction targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business growth in existing segments and develop new markets across the company's automation and equipment solutions portfolio.
- Identify and pursue new customer opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
- Evaluate new market potential and create targeted sales strategies.
- Build and maintain profitable partnerships with key customers.
- Define and execute marketing and commercial activities to maximize sales.
- Create and select appropriate commercial and marketing activities to maximize sales results.
- Align local strategies with corporate goals to ensure regional growth through direct and indirect sales channels.
- Deliver reports and insights to senior management on sales performance and market trends.
- Support go-to-market strategies for new applications and growth segments.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction aligned with company values.
- Support the development and execution of market penetration strategies for the identified growth market segments and applications.
- Understand and embrace the company’s strong quality commitments and work with Sales Channels, as well as all other facets of the organization, to ensure the organization maintains the highest levels in internal and external customer satisfaction.
- Understand the requirements of existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Strive to achieve the annual sales revenue goals.
Requirements and Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience working in a sales or engineering-related position for ATE design, semiconductor manufacturing, or automation environment.Willing and able to travel extensively within the South East Asia region.Strong command of the English language (spoken and written).Fast learner and good grasp of equipment manufacturing and automation industry.Excellent interpersonal skills; presentable and personable with a professional demeanor.Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office and sales-related tools / software.Experience in corporate presentations will be an added advantage.Be part of a fast-growing automation company with a global footprint.Work in a dynamic and innovative environment that values initiative and growth.Attractive compensation package and travel opportunities across the region.We look forward to welcoming a new sales leader to our team!
