Mentor, train, and motivate store staff to foster a high-performing, collaborative, and customer-focused team culture. Support marketing or other assignments as needed by management. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree or higher in any field. At least 2 years of experience in Sales, Retail, or a relevant field will be an added advantage. Willing to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays. Possess transport for traveling and willing to relocate if necessary.
