Overview

As a Sales Coordinator, you play a crucial role in our sales team's success, ensuring that everything runs smoothly. You'll create quotes, invoices, and delivery orders, and provide sales coordination and support. With your attention to detail and organizational skills, you'll also help the sales team prepare regular reports.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support including creating quotations, sales orders, invoices, and delivery orders using the system.
  • Provide sales coordination and support including follow-ups and handling customer requests, issues, and sales-related matters.
  • Oversee and monitor progress billings and collection of payments.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports and maintain up-to-date records.

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM level.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Malay.
  • Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
  • Able to adapt to a fast-moving and fast-changing environment.

  • Salary Range : RM2k - RM2.8k
  • Working Hours : Mon - Fri, 9am - 6pm
  • Location : 1A, 10th Mile, Federal Highway, 47301 Petaling Jaya, Malaysia
