Account Executive

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.

• Minimum 1–3 years working experience in accounting or finance.

• Experience in inventory control, stock accounting, FMCG, manufacturing, or frozen food industry is an advantage.

• Familiar with accounting systems (AutoCount / SQL / Xero or similar).

• Comfortable working with numbers, documents, and operational data.

• Willing to support warehouse or production-related accounting tasks when needed.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and disciplined.

• Able to work independently and follow through tasks.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounts (AR & AP), invoicing, and payment follow-ups

• Record and monitor stock-in, stock-out, and inventory movement

• Support production stock usage and basic cost tracking

• Assist with monthly reports, stock checks, and closing

• Coordinate with warehouse, operations, and management

• Provide basic admin and documentation support
