This position is responsible for declaring shipments via the ALDEC system based on Customer Company status and in accordance with the Royal Malaysian Customs Act.
- Verify, check, and validate all documents such as invoice, packing list, and AWB for correct quantity, customs coding, clauses, etc.
- Ensure accurate information is entered into the ALDEC system with the correct quantity, customs coding, clauses, etc.
- Advise the customs job number to CB Customer Service once the shipment is declared.
- Attend customs refresher training, if any.
- Accept any job responsibilities assigned by the Superior.
- The above job responsibilities are subject to revision.
