Warehouse Executive / Assistant (Nilai)

Assist Warehouse Executive in daily warehouse task.

To coordinate all warehouse & logistics duties.

To monitor in-coming and out-going stock movement.

Ensure goods received from branches & suppliers are in good order and condition.

Ensure stock is well organized and easy to access for stock monitoring.

Ensure pack items securely to be delivered from the warehouse.

Supervise storekeeper's daily duties.

To check and report damaged stock.

To coordinate work between sales, logistics & warehouse departments.

To coordinate with the appointed transporter and forwarder for delivery.

To manage in-house transportation and monitor delivery schedule.

Know how to drive a forklift for delivering, moving, loading and unloading a variety of goods in warehouse.

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least SPM.

With 2 years related working experience is an advantage.

Computer literate with knowledge of MS Office applications.

Able to speak and write in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin is an added advantage.

Able to take work pressure to meet tight deadlines with minimum supervision.

Willing to work overtime as and when required

Applicants must be willing to work in Nilai 3

Working hours : Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm, Saturday : 8.30am - 12.30pm (Alternate Saturday)
