Key responsibilities include : Collaborate within small teams to address and implement solutions for strategic client challenges. Take ownership of deliverables and build external client relationships. Gain exposure to industries such as financial services, retail, restaurants, and hospitality. Support multiple clients or projects concurrently, with engagement durations ranging from weeks to years depending on the track. Engage directly with clients to share findings and guide implementation of solutions. Abide by Mastercard’s security policies, ensuring confidentiality and integrity of information. About you
The company is looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications and skills : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with expected graduation between November 2025 and June / July 2026. Authorized to work in Malaysia without need for work visa sponsorship now or in the future. Proficient in English; Bahasa Malay proficiency is highly preferred. Passion for delivering high-quality results and leadership experience. Interest in business and understanding of company decision-making. Eagerness to learn quickly through structured training and organic development. Teamwork orientation with a will to win attitude. Commitment to honesty, integrity, and Mastercard’s values.
