About the Role

As the Associate Manager, Marketing for SET & CMFT (Sports Medicine, Extremities, Trauma, Foot & Ankle, Restorative Therapies, Craniomaxillofacial, Thoracic & Neuro) , you will play a key role in driving Zimmer Biomet’s growth across Southeast Asia.

You’ll lead the development and execution of strategic and tactical marketing initiatives, aligning regional activities with global product engine strategies to deliver strong sales, profitability, and brand performance. This is a hands‑on regional leadership role that combines strategic marketing, product management, training, and commercial execution .

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Execution

• Develop and implement 3–5 year portfolio strategies for SET‑CMFT, ensuring alignment with global direction and effective local market adaptation.
• Partner with country teams to design and execute launch plans, including positioning, pricing, promotions, and targeting.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams (Medical Education, RA, CA, Legal, Finance) to drive cohesive execution of marketing plans and budgets.
• Conduct regular business reviews to analyze sales performance, identify market trends, opportunities, and gaps.
• Consolidate and communicate region needs to APAC and global marketing teams for new product planning.
• Facilitate sharing of best practices, success cases, and market learnings across SEA markets.
