Responsibilities

  • Carry out preventive maintenance operations and scheduled machining operations.
  • Report your choices and any difficulties to those in charge.
  • Know how to carry out tests and control reports.
  • Provide and maintain activity monitoring tools.
  • Be able to analyze dangerous operations and define the means to ensure the safety of all.

Levels of Responsibilities

Level 1

  • Carry out preventive maintenance operations and scheduled machining operations.
  • Report your choices and any difficulties to those in charge.
  • Know how to carry out tests and control reports.
  • Provide and maintain activity monitoring tools.
  • Analyze dangerous operations and define safety measures.

    • Level 2

  • Define the best solution (repair or machining) considering production requirements.
  • Propose changes to maintenance and manufacturing ranges.
  • Define functional parts of the product and mold.
  • Handle corrective maintenance and machining independently.
  • Transmit all necessary activity monitoring information.

    • Level 3

  • Anticipate and propose solutions to improve reliability and reduce repair costs.
  • Ensure work guarantees, functionality, and compliance with requirements.
  • Improve equipment performance and lifespan.
  • Manage emergencies and adjust schedules accordingly.
  • Assess equipment needs for production.

    • Additional Responsibilities

    Level 1

  • Respect environmental, energy, health, and safety standards.
  • Follow policies and procedures.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Respect product handling rules.

    • Level 2

  • Be versatile within site-defined criteria.

    • Level 3

  • May need to partially replace higher qualification roles.
