A leading aluminium manufacturing group is expanding its finance team in Klang, Selangor and Bintulu, Sarawak. We are hiring at multiple levels — Finance Manager, Accountant, and Account Executive — to strengthen our financial operations and support continued business growth.
For Bintulu roles, priority will be given to Sarawakian local talents.
Key Responsibilities
Depending on role and seniority, you will be responsible for :
Financial Management & Reporting
Prepare, review, and present financial statements, management reports, and forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with MFRS, tax, and statutory regulations.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide financial insights to management.
Costing, Budgeting & Cash Flow
Support or lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
Monitor costing for raw materials, production, and inventory.Oversee AR / AP, collections, payments, and treasury activities.Compliance & Audit
Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, and regulators.
Ensure timely submissions for SST, corporate tax, and regulatory filings.Strengthen internal controls and governance practices.Operations & Process Improvement
Manage day-to-day accounting operations (AP, AR, GL, reconciliations).
Support audits, stock counts, and operational finance activities.Drive process improvements and digitalization initiatives.Leadership & Team Development (Managerial Roles)
Lead, mentor, and guide the finance team.
Collaborate with management and other departments to support business decisions.Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.Professional qualifications (ACCA, CPA, CIMA, MIA) preferred / required for senior roles.Relevant experience : -Finance Manager : 8–10 years, with leadership experience in finance (manufacturing / industrial preferred).Accountant : 4–6 years, with full set of accounts and supervisory exposure (manufacturing / industrial preferred).Account Executive : 2–3 years, strong grounding in accounting operations (manufacturing / industrial preferred).Proficiency in ERP / accounting systems (SAP / Oracle / SQL) and Microsoft Excel.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
