Penerangan pekerjaanDiploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resource, Mathematics or accounting preferred Proven experience in a payroll position in a fast-paced environment required Experience with Malaysia payroll and labour regulations for both retail & corporate functions. Knowledge in SAP HCM or SAP SuccessFactors will be added advantage. Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word & MS PowerPoint. Able to analyze payroll issues and provide corrective action. High level of discretion and confidentiality with the handling of the payroll data and results. Meticulous and good analytical skill. A team player with a pleasant personality, can-do attitude, and the ability to work independently.
Reporting to the Manager - HR Operations, you will be responsible for :
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for a full spectrum of monthly payroll functions which includes preparation and processing of payroll in an efficient, accurate and timely manner.
- Perform payroll trending and data analysis.
- Generate Payroll report and other payroll related reports for internal and external submission.
- Liaise with the respective government statutory bodies.
- Ensure accurate, timely payments and compliance with all statutory requirements.
- Ensure the preparation of annual tax reporting is accurate and timely.
- Perform posting to finance payroll related entries and ensure the postings are charged correctly.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance for internal controls and audits.
- Assist in other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned from time to time.
