Overview

Reports to : Head of Product and Marketing

The Role

We20re looking for a motivated and versatile Wholesale Marketing Specialist to join our team. Reporting to the Head of Product and Marketing, you will be a key player in executing marketing strategies to strengthen partner relationships, generate leads, and drive engagement within our wholesale network. This is a hands-on, multi-faceted role that is ideal for a marketing professional who thrives on a mix of strategic planning and tactical execution across events, digital channels, and go-to-market initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Event Marketing & Management : You will be responsible for the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of a variety of B2B-focused events. This includes managing logistics for trade shows, wholesale markets, partner conferences, and product showrooms. You'll also develop pre- and post-event campaigns to maximize engagement and track event ROI to inform future strategies.
  • EDM (Electronic Direct Mail) & Partner Communications : Design and manage targeted email campaigns for our wholesale partners, including product updates, promotional offers, and nurture sequences. You'll be responsible for segmenting lists for personalized communication and analyzing campaign performance metrics.
  • Go-to-Market (GTM) Support : Work closely with the product and sales teams to support new product launches. You will assist in developing and executing the tactical components of the GTM plan, such as sales collateral, line sheets, and partner launch kits. You'll also monitor post-launch performance and gather feedback from key accounts.
  • All-Rounder Marketing Support : You will create engaging B2B content for channels like LinkedIn and the company website, assist with updating sales enablement tools, and support B2B digital advertising campaigns. You will also be a key source of insight, monitoring market trends and competitor activity within the wholesale landscape.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience : 3-8 years of experience in a B2B marketing role. Experience in wholesale, retail, or a related sector is a significant advantage.
  • Email Marketing : Proven hands-on experience with email marketing platforms.
  • Event Management : Demonstrable experience in planning and executing successful B2B events, such as trade shows.
  • Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messages for a business audience.
  • Project Management : Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Work Style : A true marketing all-rounder with a willingness to work across a varied portfolio of tasks.
  • Data-Driven : A data-driven mindset with experience in tracking and reporting on campaign performance.
