Senior Business Analyst

Jobscope :

• Work with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Conduct thorough analysis of business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Develop detailed business and functional specifications for proposed solutions.
• Collaborate with IT and development teams to design and implement effective solutions that meet business needs.
• Lead and manage business analysis activities for multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
• Coordinate with project managers to integrate business analysis tasks into project plans.
• Act as a liaison between business units, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure clear understanding and communication of requirements.
• Conduct regular meetings and presentations to update stakeholders on project progress and gather feedback.
• Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Implement best practices in business analysis and continuously seek opportunities to improve methodologies and tools.
• Analyze data to support business decisions and identify trends or patterns.
• Create and deliver reports, dashboards, and presentations that provide insights to stakeholders.
• Mentor and guide junior business analysts, providing training and support as needed.
• Lead by example and contribute to the professional growth of the business analysis team.
