- Creative conceptualising, strategising, and optimising clients’ monthly content calendars and social media campaigns
- Planning internal team timelines for ideations, deliverables, and reporting
- Being the main point of contact for clients via digital and physical channels when overseeing their accounts
- Managing a portfolio of accounts
- Relaying the clients’ needs and wants to our in-house team of creatives (disseminating creative requirements to graphic designers, photographers, and copywriters), media buy team, and any other divisions involved
- Proofing any work (content, reports, media buy data, strategies, etc.) produced before it is sent to the client
- Compiling monthly analytical social media reports, community management data, and media buy insights
- Providing insight and analysis of client social media and media buy performance, with suggestions for improvement regularly
- Community management of clients' social media pages
- Strategising and planning new client pitches
- Client / project management of other marketing campaigns as and when necessary
