Senior Engineer Complaint Management

Job Description

• Perform the role of customer complaint management and ensure 8D methodology is applied while handling the report generations for our customers.
• Develop corresponding problem verifications and define the necessary analysis steps – you support the colleagues of our global production sites regarding problem-solving.
• Perform in-depth electrical failure analysis, data collection and data analysis to support the customer complaint Failure Analysis Request (FAR).
• Perform in-depth electrical failure analysis of rejects to support improvement activities for front end, back end, Silicon foundry, OSAT and product line.
• Work closely with Customer Interface, Design, Product, Package, Process Engineering, and Manufacturing Operations with regards to investigations of customer quality related issues, and the development and implementation of test-related corrective actions pertaining to those issues.
• Present innovative ideas, concepts, data and plan with high confidence in team meetings and executive review meetings.
