Penerangan pekerjaanWork on engaging valuation assignments across diverse industries and client types. Support Mergers & Acquisitions buy‑side and sell‑side valuation insights. Build and review detailed financial models for strategic transactions, dispute resolution and financial reporting. Provide independent valuations for shareholder disputes, legal proceedings and regulatory reviews. Advisory on fund and portfolio valuations for institutional investors. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in global accounting firms with solid technical valuation knowledge. Degree and / or professional qualification in finance or accounting (ACCA / ICAEW / CPA etc.). CMSA certification is an added advantage. Experience with financial modelling or derivatives valuation is a strong advantage. Proven expertise in leading valuation service provision to clients. Entrepreneurial mindset and good commercial acumen with understanding of business and industry dynamics. Highly adaptable, able to work independently under pressure. Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills. Willingness to travel.

Key Responsibilities
- Support financial due diligence and business valuation engagements across M&A, financial modelling, financial reporting and disputes.
- Understand key business drivers, analyse financial and non‑financial data, identify critical findings and derive insightful recommendations.
- Assist in assessing assumption reasonableness and navigating financial models.
- Coordinate closely with other GT departments and external advisors.
- Coaching, supervising and developing junior team members.
- Contributing to business development initiatives – opportunity identification, proposal development and market research.
