Procurement Manager

to join their team in Malaysia. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of procurement strategies, supplier management, and cost optimization initiatives in a dynamic, multinational environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full procurement function for Malaysia operations, ensuring alignment with global and regional strategies.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to achieve cost efficiency, quality, and supplier reliability.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers to drive long-term value creation.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, ensuring compliance with company standards and sustainability goals.
• Monitor market trends, commodity pricing, and supply chain risks to support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, etc.) to align procurement objectives with business needs.
• Ensure compliance with all procurement policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance procurement processes and supplier performance.

Key Requirements

7–10 years' experience in procurement

, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
