Key Responsibilities :

• Execute Field Work & Monitoring : Perform hands-on field work and local monitoring using automation systems like SCADA, BAS, and GE Hydran . Ensure that plant operations align with company procedures and best practices.
• Conduct Daily Checks : Carry out daily routine checklists and inspections on equipment to guarantee plant availability and a smooth operation.
• Troubleshoot Issues : Assist in troubleshooting equipment and process problems to ensure uninterrupted plant availability.
• Perform Safety Procedures : Safely perform equipment and system isolation and normalization under authorization, ensuring all plant activities are carried out securely.
• Manage Customer Tasks : Complete tasks assigned by the CSA through SAP notifications and work orders within specific timelines. This includes customer-facing duties like meter installation, inspection, replacement, disconnections, reconnections, and special readings, as well as addressing complaints.
• Ensure Safety Compliance : Uphold safety compliance for all activities, including those performed by internal and external contractors and vendors (e.g., PM, CM, Project Improvement).
• Support Audits & Initiatives : Actively contribute to 5S activities and participate in internal and external audits such as QHSE, ERM, and GIA.
• Report Defects : Report equipment defects, safety concerns, and operational difficulties to your superior promptly to ensure a safe and smooth operation.
• Gather Billing Data : Accurately and timely compile billing data from the revenue Automated Meter Reading (AMR) system.
• Promote Safety Culture : Actively promote an effective Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) culture, ensuring all practices align with company requirements.

Qualifications and Requirements :

Familiarity with Microsoft Office is preferred.
