Penerangan pekerjaanMinimum Diploma in Early Childhood Education or other related subject that includes a teacher preparation program / SPM with good grades. Preferably 5 years of experience as a kindergarten teacher / kindergarten role. Have patience and passion to teach and deal with young children. Pedagogical, team player, committed, dedicated, proactive. Ability to prepare and follow fun appropriate activities according to lesson plan. Good command of written and spoken in English and Malay. Scope of Works
The Assistant Principal is responsible in assisting the principal to manage day to day operations, creating a safe learning environment for teachers, and students.
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for efficient and smooth running of the school.
- Monitor and maintain an overview of the curriculum and co-curriculum to ensure effective implementation and ensure the highest possible quality of education for the children.
- Ensure overall well-being and safety of the children, responsible for regular good communication with every parent.
- Constantly inspire and motivate teachers and ensuring that they are passionate and proficient in teaching young children.
- Orients and assist new staff and new students and provide opportunities for their input in the school.
