  • Perform testing of structural bearings (elastomeric bearings, pot bearings, spherical bearings, etc.) and related civil engineering materials.
  • Ensure all tests are conducted in accordance with IS, ASTM, BS, EN, and other relevant international standards.
  • Collect, prepare, and analyze samples to verify compliance with design and project specifications.
  • Maintain accurate records of test results, prepare professional test reports, and submit them to clients / consultants.
  • Monitor the quality of bearings and raw materials delivered to the site / manufacturing facility, recommend corrective measures in case of non-conformance.
  • Assist in the calibration, maintenance, and safe operation of bearing testing equipment (e.g., compression, shear, rotation, slip tests).
  • Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and consultants to resolve quality-related issues.
  • Support third-party inspections, audits, and factory acceptance tests (FATs).
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols during testing and handling of bearings and materials.
  • Any other tasks as assigned from time to time.

    • REQUIREMENTS :

    • Must possess at least Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical) or equivalent.
    • At least 1 year of working experience in tunnel, bridge, or road projects is required.
    • Fresh graduates with strong academic results are encouraged to apply (advantageous).
    • Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Engineering – Civil / Construction / Structural or equivalent.
    • Exemplary critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
    • Familiar with construction processes and project management.
    • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
    • Good time management and organizational abilities.
    • Dedication to continuous learning and professional development.
    • Willing to relocate to project sites or other locations if required.
    • Fluency in English (spoken & written) is an added advantage.

      • Job Types : Full-time, Permanent, Contract

      Pay : RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
