About the Role
As a Product Manager, you’ll work at the intersection of technology, business, and customers , managing solution portfolios, working with vendors, and driving product performance to meet market and business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and enhance the assigned ICT product portfolio (e.g. connectivity, cloud, cybersecurity, or managed services).
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential product improvements.
- Collaborate with vendors and partners for product onboarding, pricing, and go-to-market planning.
- Develop and maintain product pricing, business cases, and forecasts to ensure profitability and competitiveness.
- Work with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, technical) to ensure seamless product delivery and support.
- Track and analyze product performance , recommending enhancements to improve customer experience and business results.
- Prepare product documentation, training materials, and internal updates to keep teams informed and aligned.
