Registered Nurse

Job description :

• Patient Care :
• Provide nursing care in accordance with medical instructions.
• Monitor patients' vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration.
• Administer medications and injections as prescribed.
• Medical Records Management :
• Accurately document patient information and maintain up-to-date medical records.
• Prepare daily reports and update the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
• Health Education :
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care.
• Support health awareness campaigns and community outreach programs.
• Clinical Management :
• Prepare treatment rooms and assist in medical procedures.
• Ensure the cleanliness, safety, and readiness of medical equipment and tools.
• Teamwork & Professional Conduct :
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Comply with nursing ethics, clinic / hospital policies, and safety protocols.
