Penerangan pekerjaanMinimum 1–2 years of sales experience in medical devices preferably in surgical or disposable medical device portfolios. Comfortable working in the operating theatre environment and engaging directly with surgeons and nurses. Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the desire to grow market share & branding.
Job Responsibilities :
- Support surgeons and nurses inside the operating theatre by providing product guidance and case support.
- Drive sales growth by expanding market share across hospitals in Malaysia.
- Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and introduce new surgical solutions.
- Manage product demonstrations, trainings, and ensure smooth availability of instruments in the OT.
