Development Manager – Customer Management

e're looking for a Development Manager to lead deployments, automation, and environment support for Credit Origination applications across multiple countries. This role combines technical expertise (Java, DevOps, Infrastructure) with strong leadership and stakeholder management in a fast-paced banking environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage SIT, UAT, and Production deployments

Drive automation using Ansible & Python

Oversee DevOps pipelines and Bitbucket workflows

Handle environment setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting

Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth releases

Must-Have Skills :

Strong in Ansible / Python automation

Hands-on with DevOps, Bitbucket, scripting & release management

Experience with infrastructure setup & support

Excellent troubleshooting & stakeholder management

Good to Have :

☑️ Exposure to Docker / Kubernetes

• ☑️ Prior team leadership experience

Education

Bachelor Of Computer Application (B.C.A), Bachelor Of Technology (B.Tech / B.E), Master in Computer Application (M.C.A), Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications (PGDCA), Masters in Technology (M.Tech / M.E)
