About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Primary Teacher to join our team at TADIKA STRAWBERI EMAS in Kajang, Selangor. As a Primary Teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping the minds and futures of our young students. What you’ll be doing

  • Deliver engaging and age‑appropriate lessons across a range of subjects, tailored to the needs of primary‑aged students.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages learning and exploration.
  • Develop and implement effective teaching strategies and lesson plans.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and support to help them reach their full potential.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the overall success of the school.
  • Participate in extracurricular activities and events to enrich the student experience.
  • Maintain accurate student records and comply with all school policies and procedures.

What we’re looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a primary school setting.
  • Strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching and learning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students.
  • Creative and innovative teaching methods to keep lessons engaging and interactive.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
  • A collaborative and team‑oriented approach, with a willingness to contribute to the school community.
