We are looking for a proactive and organized individual to support our Director in both strategic business development and administrative management. The successful candidate will play a dual role — driving key initiatives that support company growth while ensuring smooth daily operations for the Director’s office.
Key Responsibilities :
Executive Support :
- Manage the Director’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare agendas, presentations, and meeting materials; take minutes and follow up on action items.
- Draft, proofread, and manage confidential documents while maintaining an organized filing system for easy information retrieval.
- Handle all sensitive and confidential matters with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
Business Development Support :
Assist in conduct market research, site visit and preliminary feasibility studies to identify potential investment areas or funding opportunities.Liaise with valuers, agents, consultants and local authorities where required.Assist in preparing business plans, proposals, and presentations for new projects.Participate in client presentations and networking events to build brand visibility.Assist in preparing reports for management or board review.Project & Event Coordination :
