Job Description

1. Outlet & Operational Excellence

  • Lead, manage, and supervise the overall daily operations of multiple outlets.
  • Work closely with the Operations Department to ensure smooth execution and compliance of SOPs.
  • Oversee ordering, purchasing, inventory control, and ensure minimal wastage.
  • Supervise and assign special operational initiatives including social media & business hour control, bulk order & complaint management, daily sales record compilation & outlet ranking.

2. Performance & Business Growth

  • Monitor and analyze outlet performance, covering sales, revenue, P&L, COGS, labour cost, customer footfall, and operational efficiency.
  • Develop and execute strategies to improve sales growth, cost control, and service standards.
  • Prepare and present detailed operational reports and business insights to the General Manager / Top Management.
  • Track competitor activities and market trends to maintain competitiveness.
  • 3. People Leadership & Development

  • Provide leadership, coaching, and training to Outlet Managers and frontline staff on customer service, product knowledge, and SOP compliance.
  • Ensure sufficient manpower planning, scheduling, and labour cost control.
  • Foster a high-performance culture with strong teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • 4. Customer Experience & Stakeholder Management

  • Ensure consistent delivery of excellent customer service across all outlets.
  • Effectively resolve escalated customer complaints and implement service recovery actions.
  • Handle correspondence and communication with customers, franchisees, and internal departments (HR, Finance, Marketing, Purchasing, etc.) to ensure alignment and support business initiatives.
  • Requirements

  • Degree / Diploma in Business Management, Hospitality, or related field.
  • At least 3 - 5 years' experience in F&B / retail operations, preferably in multi-outlet F&B chains (Café / Restaurant / Bakery / Quick Service Restaurant)
  • Proven ability in managing P&L, cost optimization, and driving outlet performance.
  • Strong leadership with excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a proactive approach.
  • Willing to travel regularly across outlets.

    Pay : RM3, RM5,000.00 per month
