- Develop, monitor and manage an assigned portfolio of China Brands on LazMall
- Formulate a sound commercial portfolio strategy, including range and pricing, and ensure key accounts to hit their sales targets
- Evaluate performance on a daily, weekly and month basis to further optimize product, pricing and promotion decisions, as well as marketing spend
Relationship manager
Establish strong relationships with Lazada’s partners, and support their activities on our platformSupport Lazada’s partners in their brand launches, sales campaigns and brand eventsCoordinate with other internal teams to ensure adequate support in areas like supply chain, customer service and marketing; ensure changes in our business create win-win scenarios for Lazada and our sellersPitch promotional tools for the platform that will help sellers increase customer traffic and salesSkilled consultant
Curate comprehensive trend knowledge and industry insights to drive category successDevelop channel marketing and promotions plansCoach sellers in maximising yield from our platform, and internal teams on optimal seller support Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering or a related fieldAt least 5 years retail, marketing or related experience, ideally in a multinational or technology company; e-commerce experience an advantageStrong business acumen, and proven talent and stakeholder management skillsSelf-motivatd, highly adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-changing and fluid environmentExcellent oral and written communication, presentation and negotiation skillsExcellent planning and organisational skillsStrong track record of high-level negotiations and successful internal and external relationship managementGood computer literacyLocal role : Occasional travel may be required
