Job Responsibilities :
- Plan, build, and execute regional and local B2B and B2C digital campaigns across Southeast Asia to generate MQLs and drive e-commerce sales.
- Manage marketing lead scoring, segmentation, and qualification processes using Salesforce Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement).
- Collaborate with inside and field sales teams to manage MQLs and monitor lead funnel performance.
- Manage paid media budgets and campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and Programmatic.
- Track, analyse, and report on key campaign KPIs (CPL, CAC, ROAS, conversion rates), and continuously optimise performance.
- Coordinate with in-country marketing teams to localise campaign messaging, assets, and strategies, and partner with regional business units for alignment.
- Collaborate with and manage external agencies to ensure the high-quality and timely delivery of campaign projects.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, IT or a related field.2-3 years of hands-on experience in digital campaign management , lead generation and marketing automation ( preferably using Salesforce Cloud Marketing Account Engagement or equivalent such as HubSpot, Marketo ).Strong understanding of B2B and B2C buyer journeys, with experience managing multi-country campaigns and coordinating with local teams.Experience managing digital campaigns across multiple countries and coordinating with local teams.Proven track record in performance marketing, including paid search and paid social.Data-driven professional proficient in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) with the ability to translate insights into optimisation actions.Excellent project management skills.All Successful candidates can expect a very competitive remuneration package and a comprehensive range of benefits.
