Pay : RM20-23 / hour

Schedule : 5 days / week, flexible hours

Mode : Part-Time / Freelance Role

Requirements

Experienced designer

Strong leadership and mentoring skills

Ability to guide and review the work of other designers to ensure quality and alignment with project objectives

Want to increase side income

Self-motivated, reliable, and willing to learn

Responsibilities

Quality Review & Oversight : Review and evaluate design works created by part-time designers within the team. Act as a team lead to ensure all outputs meet the company’s standards.

Task Support & Execution : In daily operations, you may take on design tasks when part-time designers are unable to complete them or when workload increases. If workload is low, your primary responsibility will be to review others’ work and provide constructive feedback and guidance for improvements when necessary.

Fully understand the design briefs and project requirements from the design department. Based on these requirements, review other designers’ work to ensure their designs align with the task objectives and meet the expected quality standards.
