Financial Planning and Analysis
- Performing in-depth analysis of sales, P&L, and key business KPIs
- Managing and overseeing the full month-end and year-end closing processes
- Conducting financial reporting, including management reporting and financial analysis
- Reviewing and analysing balance sheet items
- Performing monthly cash flow forecasting and analysis
Budgeting and Strategic Planning
Supporting the preparation of the company’s budget, financial forecasts, and strategic planningPartnering with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, supply chain, category, HR) to align with financial targets with business objectivesAssisting in lease renewal analysis and contract reviewsOperational and Business Support

At least 8 years of experience in financial planning and analysis within a complex multinational environmentManagerial experience in retail, FMCG, or a similar industry in Singapore and Malaysia is preferredCPA qualifications will be an added advantageStrong business acumen and ability to interpret financial data for decision-makingProficiency in Excel, and experience with SAP is a mustExperience with business intelligence (BI, Jedox) tools is a plusAbility to manage complexity, ambiguity, and shift priorities in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsStrong problem-solving abilities with an analytical and detail-oriented mindsetAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesPositive attitude, self-driven, and adaptable to dynamic business needsHere, you will find :
