- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Handle office tasks, answering phone calls, emails and data entry
- Prepare quotations to customers promptly
- Other admin related task and documentation
- Perform other duties as assigned from time to time
- Ensure transaction, data and information is properly recorded
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Business Administration or any related fields.High level of attention to detail and highly organized personSelf-motivated and self-driven. Resourceful, fast learner, proactive, committed, adaptable and a team player.Ability to interact and build productive working relationships with people from all levels.Required language(s) : English and Bahasa Malaysia.Ability to speak Mandarin to handle Mandarin speaking client will be an advantageBasic computer knowledge and skillsAble to work independently and under minimum supervisionSkills
