• Senior Operations Manager
• located in
• Prai, Penang
• .Responsible for effectively managing all strategic operational processes and resources and managing an organization in order to achieve and maintain operational excellence.
• What a typical day looks like :
• Manage appropriate staffing and inventory levels.
• Oversee the assembly operations to meet corporate KOI.
• Supervise production staff on work method and quality checkpoints.
• Coordinate with other departments and other Flex sites to drive for excellence.
• Coordinate efforts of operations team by establishing procurement, produc tion and engineering services policies and practices.
• Ensure ISO and safety standards are adhered to.
• Report to Senior Management team in weekly operations reviews.
• Coach and mentor Operations team.
• Leverage industry practices and apply to internal systems and processes.
• Implement appropriate HR strategies and actions to recruit and retain a qualified and motivated workforce.
• The experience we’re looking to add to our team :
• Typically requires a bachelor degree or equivalent experience in addition to 9 years of operations experience including management.
