Penerangan pekerjaanEnsure production targets are achieved within budget and schedule. Drive Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Six Sigma & continuous improvement initiatives. Optimize resource utilization : manpower, machinery, materials, and energy. Prepare and manage annual manufacturing budget. Drive cost reduction initiatives and improve operational efficiency. Ensure adherence to financial controls and CAPEX plans. Ensure compliance with ISO, regulatory, and environmental standards. Promote a strong safety culture (EHS) and zero-accident workplace. Deliver consistent product quality and reduce defect rates. Lead, mentor and develop plant leadership team. Build a high-performance culture with strong teamwork and accountability. Workforce planning, skills development & succession planning. Collaborate with procurement, planning and logistics teams for seamless flow of raw materials & finished goods. Support demand planning and capacity planning based on sales forecast. Ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction. Report operational performance to Executive Management. Manage government, audit and regulatory relationships where required. Work closely with cross-functional leaders to support business expansion. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management or related field (Master’s degree preferred). Minimum 10–15 years of manufacturing experience with at least 5 years in senior leadership role. Proven experience in large-scale manufacturing operations. Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Six Sigma or similar methodologies. Strong financial acumen, strategic thinking and decision-making capability. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
