Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the vehicle purchase process to achieve sales targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Proton models.
- Present vehicle features, benefits, and financing options clearly and professionally.
- Arrange and conduct test drives.
- Negotiate prices and close sales while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with potential leads and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Proton products, promotions, and market trends.
- Collaborate with the dealership team to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Prepare and manage sales documentation and reports accurately.
Requirements
