SITE ENGINEER

About the role

As a Site Engineer at Kapar Jaya Sdn Bhd, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects at our sites in Batu Kawan Penang. This is a full-time position that involves ensuring the successful delivery of our civil and structural engineering projects.

What you'll be doing

• Supervising construction activities and ensuring work is completed to the required standards and specifications
• Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to coordinate project activities
• Identifying and resolving any technical issues or problems that arise during construction
• Monitoring project progress and providing regular updates to the project management team
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Assisting with the preparation of project documentation, such as reports and quality control records
• Providing technical guidance and support to junior members of the construction team
