Job Description

Responsibilities

Provide Hands‑on technical support for Semiconductor’s machine installation, setup, buy‑off, upgrade, troubleshooting, repairing and preventive maintenance at customers sites both local and overseas.

Prepare reports which inclusive of service reports and provide feedback on technical issues with regards to machine performance

To update the Management and other concerned personnel on the activities and progress of the job.

Respond to customer requests as to troubleshoot problems and take corrective actions within deadline by communicating and work closely with HQ and Sales Personnel

Conduct training on proper operation of the machine at customer’s site.

Develop and maintain close relationships with customers.

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, bachelor’s degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Electrical / Electronic / Mechanical) or equivalent. However, candidates with hands‑on working experience in the Semiconductor industry are also encouraged to apply.

At least 01 year(s) of working experience in the Semiconductor industry is an added advantage.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Good command of English & Bahasa Malaysia both in written & communication

Able to communicate in Japanese will be an added advantage.

Candidate must possess own transport and be willing to travel as and when required.

Matured and can work independently.

Trustworthy team player with high integrity of confidentiality

Located in KL office.
