Job Description :

  • Equipment Installation : Oversee the installation of new equipment upon arrival at various store locations, ensuring proper setup and functionality.
  • After-Sales Support : Manage all after-sales repair services for equipment, addressing any issues that arise and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Liaison with Manufacturers : Serve as the main point of contact with equipment manufacturers, coordinating technical support, obtaining spare parts, and ensuring product quality standards.
  • Repair Cost Management : Calculate repair costs, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective solutions for equipment maintenance and repairs.
  • Technician Coordination : Source and manage repair technicians in different regions, ensuring timely and professional service delivery.

Job Requirements :

  • Diploma in Technician or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in equipment installation, maintenance, or after-sales support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Own transport needed.
  • Required language(s) : Malay and Mandarin, we are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
