Visit clients together with sales engineer to understand potential needs and technical requirements.

Analyze the Malaysian market and report insights to the Singapore office.

Provide machine parts and coordinate setup based on client requests.

Conduct technical training for clients' engineering staff when necessary.

Maintain strong client relationships and monitor inventory levels of supplied items.

Internal Collaboration & Management

Participate in meetings with semiconductor companies to discuss current and future requirements.
Review new machine models and production schedules.
Collaborate with machine builders to improve production yield.

Future Scope

Participate in meetings with end-product companies to gather and discuss requirements within Malaysia and the ASEAN region.

Job Requirements :

5–7 years of experience in the SIer (System Integrator) or FA (Factory Automation) industry

Background in Engineering, Marketing, or Economics

Proficiency in both English and Chinese

Experience as a Production Engineer or Technical Engineer in a machine builder or SIer company is a strong advantage
