Internship Quantity Surveyor

Tasks and responsibilities : -Preparation and submission of budgetary estimates from tender drawings, Bill of Quantities for all disciplines and costs estimation, progress claim, variation order, evaluation of claims, etc. -Collaborate with client, consultant, suppliers, and sub-contractors. -Liaising with site managers, site engineers, and other necessary people to ensure the project follows to the timeline. -Constantly source for new materials, suppliers and update pricing. Place order for materials when required and monitoring materials delivery. -Coordinate submission of documents to clients and relevant authorities. -Perform any other related duties assigned from time to time by the Management.
