Provide leadership and support for sales team and manage the team to achieve company's goals. Responsible to develop sales strategies, business plan and target for the company, incudes identifying potential new markets and opportunities, analysing trends, and solve sales problem and challenges.

Responsibilities

Developing and implementing sales strategies : Responsible for creating strategies that align with a company's goals and objectives. This includes identifying potential new markets and opportunities, analysing trends and data and creating sales plans to increase revenue.

Setting sales targets and monitoring performance : Sets targets for their team and monitors their performance to ensure they achieve their sale targets. This includes analysing sales data, providing regular checking, identifying problems and challenges and make necessary plan adjustments.

Managing and motivating the sales team : Motivates the team to achieve their individual and team targets. This includes recruiting, training and coaching the team, providing ongoing support and creating a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and collaboration.

Building and maintaining customer relationships : Builds and maintains relationships with key customers. This involves set sales & promotion plans that required by the needs, addressing their concerns, solve problem, and providing excellent customer service to ensure sales KPI and service level performance are achieved.

Analysing market trends and competitor activity : Staying up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity. This includes analysing market needs, conducting market visit and research, and using this information to share between sales & marketing to make sales decisions and create promotional activity.

Collaborating with other departments : Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, warehouse and accounting, to ensure a coordinated approach to sales and company strategies. This includes sharing market insights, customer feedback and other relevant information to support organisational goals.

Requirements

Minimum Degree in Business / Marketing.

Minimum 5 years related experience in beauty / cosmetics industry.

Minimum 3 years sales leadership experience.

Experience in Key Account Management / Business Development Management is an added advantage.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead a team and build effective working relationships across various levels.

Demonstrated success in previous sales roles.

Verbal and Non‑Verbal Communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
