We’re building a fast, social-native content engine for Optimum Swim School and Optimum Fit (premium warehouse gym). You will plan, shoot and edit daily / weekly videos, primarily on iPhone that drive awareness, sign-ups and community pride across our swim and fitness brands.

Responsibilities :

  • Concept, script and storyboard content aligned to brand / campaign goals.
  • iPhone-first production : film on iPhone (Pro / Pro Max provided by company) using native / Pro camera apps; control exposure / white balance in pool and gym environments; capture B-roll, interviews, testimonials and events.
  • Edit for mobile : cut in CapCut; add captions, SFX / music, motion graphics; deliver platform-specific cuts (Reels / TikTok / Shorts 9 : 16; YouTube / website / ads 16 : 9 / 1 : 1).
  • Package content with hooks, thumbnails and titles that maximise retention.
  • Track trends and propose test formats; iterate based on performance data.
  • Manage media : organise files, naming conventions, music licences and model releases.
  • Deliver on schedule and to brand guidelines; support on-site event coverage across Klang Valley branches (occasional evenings / weekends).

Requirement :

  • Diploma / Degree in Multimedia / Film / Creative Arts or equivalent portfolio-proven experience.
  • 2+ years hands-on shooting and editing, with a strong mobile (iPhone) portfolio .
  • Proficiency with CapCut .
  • Strong storytelling, pacing, sound design and colour consistency under mixed indoor lighting.
  • Comfortable with mobile audio (wireless lav / shotgun), basic lighting (LED / softbox) and gimbals.
  • Self-driven, organised, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
