EY RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Supporting walk-in customers (AMD Internal Staff), and

day-to-day IT operations support

  • . E.g. PC Imaging, software, and hardware installation troubleshooting all issues, and ensuring security procedures are followed and enforced.
  • Creating and maintaining documentation of IT systems and processes
  • Participating in team meetings and collaborating with other departments as needed
  • Assisting in the planning and execution of IT projects or activities as and when required
  • Conducting research on new technologies and providing recommendations for improvement
  • Able to perform Automation, AI related tasks

    • PREFERRED EXPERIENCE :

  • Some knowledge in scripting skills with knowledge of programming languages, such as Python an added advantage
  • Good knowledge of

    • IT Operations supports

  • Basis Network and Media services supports

    • knowledge.

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Basic knowledge of

    • computer hardware and software

  • Some experience in Automation, AI related tasks
