Overview

Join our vibrant team as an F&B Crew Member at MyeongDong Topokki in Bukit Mertajam and Bayan Lepas, Penang. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our bustling restaurant.

What you\'ll be doing

  • Greeting and seating customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
  • Taking customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Preparing and serving food and beverages to customers
  • Maintaining a clean and organized dining area
  • Assisting with kitchen duties as needed
  • Providing excellent customer service and resolving any customer inquiries or concerns
  • Adhering to health, safety and hygiene standards at all times

What we\'re looking for

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role within the hospitality or F&B industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Enthusiasm, reliability and a genuine passion for providing outstanding customer service
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Flexible to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays
